I have always believed in the power of relational healing. I naturally leaned towards mental health care as I knew I wanted to be in the helping field but was not sure how. After I worked in the field as a care coordinator and saw how useful therapy was for people in difficult situations, I decided to go back to school for a master’s in science in clinical psychology and begin practicing as a psychotherapist.

I work with individuals ages 18 and over. I have a particular passion for working with people living with religious trauma, confusion about their religious conditioning or emerging from cults or cult-like religious structures. I also focus on providing care for the LGBTQ+ community and I am a non-binary member of the community myself. Additionally, I work with people navigating depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and trauma.  I also offer gender-affirming care, help for those questioning their gender, and people at any stage of transition.

In my free time, I spend time with my dog, Jimmy Page, hiking, swimming, and enjoying all the outdoors activities PNW living offers.
