If you are wanting to use your LifeWise Insurance, please make sure to schedule your free consultation or appointment with one of our therapists below.

Verification of Benefits Process

We require your insurance information to be uploaded and entered into our client portal prior to your first appointment. We do not verify benefits and will bill the insurance on file. Please check your insurance benefits prior to booking to make sure mental health is a covered service. You are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance, up to and including the full session fee.

Credit Card Required On File

We will bill your insurance and co-pays seamlessly for each session. We do require a credit card on file for all clients to cover co-pays and late cancellations or no-show fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session rate.
