Talk. Heal. Thrive. Psychotherapy has associate licensed therapist opportunities for clinicians working towards their full licensure.
We are a growing group practice out of Seattle, Washington providing excellent care for clients and clinicians.
Employment Options
We offer a full-time flexible schedule W-2 with benefits option.
$50.50 an hour plus benefits
Requirements:
- Must be an active licensed LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC in Washington State
- Average 20 clinical hours/week (25 hours availability)
- At least 10 hours after 3 PM Monday through Friday or on weekends
- Must be a resident of Washington State
We provide twice monthly one-on-one supervision and opportunities for group supervision towards your full licensure requirements.
Benefits for Full-Time Associates
$45 Per Clinical Hour
Plus $22/hour paid for every 4 hours of clinical work (administrative time automatically calculated, totaling $50.50/hour)

Position Requirements
Credentials
- Active Licensed Associate in Washington State as an LMFTA, LMHCA, or LSWAIC
- Pursuing full licensure
- Reside in Washington State
- Independently motivated
- Ability to work comfortably remote and independently via telehealth
- Minimum 18-month commitment
Technical Requirements
- Private and confidential room to conduct telehealth sessions
- Computer with camera for telehealth sessions
- Reliable and fast internet connection
- Cell phone with ability to install Simple Practice and Spruce Health applications
- Technology savvy and comfortable using computers
Skills & Attributes
- Independently motivated and self-driven
- Clear communicator
- Solution-oriented approach
- Willing to attend monthly team meetings
- Ability to work with teens age 13 to 17, adults age 18+, and/or couples
Clinical Supervision
We provide twice monthly one-on-one or dyadic supervision toward your licensure requirements. Additionally, there are several hours a month you can get in group supervision. You have a choice on your supervisor through our interview process to find the right fit for you.
Bi-Weekly Individual Supervision
One-on-one supervision or two-on-one supervision with your assigned supervisor to meet your licensure requirements
Group Supervision Opportunities
Additional 2-3 hours of group supervision opportunities monthly offered towards licensure hours

Additionally, we understand that some associate licensed therapists want to move into private practice once they're fully licensed. We help facilitate smooth transitions, prioritizing both our clinicians and our client care throughout the process.
