About Talk. Heal. Thrive.

Talk. Heal. Thrive. Psychotherapy is seeking Associate Licensed Clinicians (LMFTA, LMHCA, LSWAIC) to join our growing telehealth group practice serving clients throughout Washington State. As an Associate Licensed Clinician, You will be working full time remote in Washington State (you must reside in Washington State). The position is flexible and requires a minimum of 20 billable client hours a week with 25 hours of availability.

We are seeking associate-level clinicians to join our growing team. As an associate therapist, you'll build your clinical skills under experienced supervision while maintaining a flexible schedule and working toward full licensure.

Position Overview

This is a full-time W-2 position with benefits. Schedule is flexible with a minimum clinical hours requirement.

Associate Clinician Role
  • 25 hours of availability Monday-Sunday
  • 20 Billable client hours a week Monday-Sunday
  • 8 of your hours must be after 3pm weekdays and/or on Weekeends
  • Work with your designated populations (we work with teens, adults & couples)
  • Fully remote, telehealth based position
  • Attend bi-weekly practice provided supervision
  • Attend quarterly team meetings
  • Optional group supervision hours each month
Compensation

$47.50/hr

Associate Licensed Therapist

LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC

$22/hr

Administrative Rate

Average administrative time is 6-8 hours per bi-weekly payroll.

Full-time W-2 position with benefits. Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit on the 15th and last day of the month.

What We Offer

Paid Sick/PTO Time

Accrued at 1 hour per every 40 hours worked

Unpaid Time Off

accrued at 1 hour per every 17 hour worked, and used as credit against required weekly hours.

8-Unpaid Holidays

With 5 hours of unpaid time credited against required hours.

401k Benefits

Begins 1st of the month after 90 days, 100% match to 3% contribution, then 50% match from 4-6% contribution.

Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits

Begins 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. The practice covers 75% of the employees healthcare premiums

CEU Stipend $600/year

Paid out at $25 per bi-weekly payroll

Technology Stipend $600/year

Paid out at $25 per bi-weekly payroll

All billing is done in house with our billing team, you can focus on client care.

Marketing & Caseload Building

Robust marketing ad quick caseload building. With full caseloads by 8-12 weeks.

Position Requirements

Credentials & Licensure

  • LMHCA - Active associate license in Washington State
  • LMFTA - Active associate license in Washington State
  • LSWAIC - Active associate license in Washington State

Technical Requirements

  • Computer with secure and high speed internet connection
  • Private & confidential room to conduct telehealth sessions
  • Smartphone for HIPAA compliant applications (Phone & Simple Practice)
