Welcome to Talk. Heal. Thrive.

I’m thrilled to have you here. This practice was born from a deep-seated desire to offer exceptional care to both our clients and our clinicians. I firmly believe that when clinicians feel valued and supported in the important work they do, it paves the way for our clients to experience enhanced therapeutic care from their therapist.

At the heart of our practice is a strong commitment to trauma-informed approaches. When we say “trauma-informed,” we’re not just referring to major life-altering events. We recognize the significance of the smaller, yet impactful experiences that have woven themselves into the fabric of our lives, shaping who we are today. Our dedicated therapists come equipped with a diverse range of modalities and treatment approaches. They’re here to help you uncover the root causes of the challenges you face, whether on an individual or relational level.

Our approach is grounded in a deep understanding of how trauma and negative experiences can manifest as emotional activation, anxiety, depression, shame, and relationship difficulties. We don't just identify issues; we address them with care, sensitivity, and awareness. We understand the importance of trauma-informed care, recognizing how triggers and emotional activation can be soothed and reduced over time.

Our therapists are here to create a safe and supportive environment, addressing a wide variety of challenges. Being human can indeed be messy. Our mission is to help you navigate life’s complexities with understanding, kindness, and resilience.

We look forward to joining you on your journey to healing and thriving. Please feel free to reach out and connect with us, as we are eager to support you on your path to well-being.

Warmest regards,

Care Coordinator

Tina@talkhealthrive.com

My role here as the Care Coordinator is rewarding; it allows me to be a crucial first point of contact for people seeking help and providing support. It can be fulfilling to hear people’s stories and help them feel heard and hopeful before handing them off to their next point of support.

I was born and raised in the east coast. Moved to Washington in January of '24. Outside of work I am a mom to 2 boys. I like going on long walks, attending my children’s sports games (all time favorite), doing puzzles, and drawing portraits.

Finance Manager

Atlas@TalkHealThrive.com

I'm Atlas, the Finance Manager here at Talk Heal Thrive. I oversee our billing operation end to end, from the processes and procedures that keep claims moving to the relationships with insurance companies and the systems that make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I genuinely enjoy helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance so they can put their energy where it belongs: on their healing.

Working remotely lets me bring my full focus to the work while keeping a healthy balance at home. Outside of work, you'll find me playing Dungeons & Dragons with my wife and friends, drawing, or being thoroughly bossed around by my three little monster cats.

Billing Specialist

Chorus@TalkHealThrive.com

I'm Chorus Weems, a Billing Specialist at Talk Heal Thrive. I manage the behind-the-scenes side of your care, verifying your benefits before you start, handling claims, and working through any billing or insurance issues that come up along the way.

Insurance can be confusing and frustrating, and my job is to take that weight off your shoulders so you can focus on the work you came here to do. I'm passionate about helping people cut through the red tape and actually get the care they deserve.

When I'm not untangling insurance, you'll find me in the gym weightlifting or rolling dice with friends over a game of Dungeons & Dragons on the weekend.
