In-Network LifeWise Therapists in Washington State

As an in-network LifeWise provider, your sessions are billed at your plan's in-network mental health rate. You pay your in-network copay; we bill LifeWise directly for the covered portion. We verify your specific LifeWise benefits — including any deductible and copay — before your first session, so there are no surprises. Your cost will depend on your specific plan, deductible status, and out-of-pocket maximum. You can also check your benefits at lifewise.com or by calling the member services number on your card.

No referral is needed. Washington State does not require a primary care referral for outpatient mental health services. You can contact us directly to begin your intake — we'll verify your LifeWise benefits and match you with a licensed therapist. No hoops, no waiting for a doctor's appointment first.

Yes. Washington State law requires insurers, including LifeWise, to cover telehealth mental health services on par with in-person care. All of our sessions are conducted via secure HIPAA-compliant video — meaning you can access therapy from anywhere in Washington State using your LifeWise in-network benefits. No office visit required.

We accept LifeWise Assurance Co., LifeWise Health Plan of Washington Preferred, and LifeWise Primary. LifeWise is a subsidiary of Premera Blue Cross and is commonly used for individual and marketplace plans in Washington State.
