Alyx Aiello

I'm Aly Aiello, a clinical supervisor at Talk Heal Thrive. I'm not currently accepting new clients. My focus is on supervising and supporting our clinicians as they grow in their work.

My clinical background is in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. I have particular experience with religious trauma and the long work of unpacking religious messaging, and with the LGBTQ+ community, including gender-affirming care and supporting people at any stage of questioning or transition. I'm a non-binary member of the community myself.

I've always believed in the power of relational healing, and I bring a trauma-informed lens to supervision the same way I brought it to direct client work. I'm drawn to supervisees who want space to look honestly at the cases in front of them, develop practical clinical tools, and build the kind of clinical identity that holds up over a career.
