Please review our financial policies carefully before your first appointment
We require all insurance information (both primary and secondary) to be uploaded as part of your appointment request. We verify benefits before confirming scheduling to ensure we accurately understand your coverage and can match you with the best-fit therapist for your needs.
We do require a credit card on file for all clients (even if you have Medicaid). The requirement is in case your insurance lapses we have a means to charge for the session. No charges are otherwise allowed for Medicaid. For commercial plans, we will charge the card on file if you have a co-pay.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will incur the full session fee. More than two late cancellations or no-shows within a six-month period may result in termination of care, as consistent attendance is essential for providing ethical and effective treatment.
Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of care before starting services. We provide a written estimate ahead of your first session and any time your expected costs change — just ask if you'd like one at any point in care.
If we aren't in-network with your plan, we can provide a superbill for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement — typical reimbursement varies by plan. Learn how out-of-network benefits and superbills work.
