About Natalie
I spent my teens to early thirties working in the music industry, non-profits, and customer service. I also traveled as much as I could and became an advocate through activism. I fell in love with solo travel, activism, and fandom as personal forms of therapy. Those years taught me a lot about complexity, radical self-love, community, resiliency, and prioritizing joie de vivre.
Through those lived experiences, I found myself drawn to becoming a therapist. I wanted to advocate for mental health care in the music industry and help people—especially creatives—live well, live fully, and live in alignment with who they are and who they want to become. “There is no pain in my life that has not been given value by the alchemy of creative attention.” — Melissa Febos, Body Work: The Radical Power of Personal Narrative My therapeutic approach is grounded in narrative therapy and person-centered care. I see therapy as a collaborative and creative process guided by grace, curiosity, humor, and authenticity. I often draw from expressive arts, parts work (IFS), mindfulness, Jungian psychology, pleasure activism, and liberation psychology. I love weaving art into the process, whether through journaling, music, storytelling, or bibliotherapy. I believe the stories we carry—and the ones we choose to reshape—can influence how we heal and what we find meaningful.
I am especially passionate about working with creatives, activists, teens, the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodivergent clients. Many of my clients are exploring identity, healing from complex trauma or shame, or navigating the intensity of being deeply sensitive or highly expressive. I welcome clients who are drawn to fandom, alternative culture, spirituality, or intuition as part of their path.
Outside of therapy, I am a frequent concertgoer, traveler, writer, reader, amateur astrologer, and unapologetic fangirl.
