This closed group is a place to reflect together. When you do, you reduce the isolation that keeps you stuck in your head and replace it with the validation and support needed to move forward.
The purpose of the Motherless Daughters Support Group is to create a safe place to focus on your journey of grief in all aspects of growth and development. How has her death and absence shaped your identity, influenced your relationships, how your grief has shown up throughout your lifetime since her death, and what is your experience of living beyond the age of your mother?

Being a motherless daughter is a life-long journey of grief. It can affect every aspect of a woman’s being in the world, regardless of the age of the loss of your mother.
This 9-week support group is for women who have lost or missed the nurturing care of a mother due to death at any time during your lifetime. Using poetry, expressive arts, and writing we will explore how mother loss has shaped your life.
