About Jason
I became a therapist because I wanted to become the person I needed. Growing up in an environment where I didn’t feel safe to express aspects of my identity as an LGBTQ individual, I understand the impact of invisibility and the struggles of stifling parts of yourself that long to be shared with the world. This experience fuels my passion for helping others live more fully and authentically by creating a space where they can safely uncover the parts they’ve hidden and begin to love and accept every part of who they are.
If you’ve ever felt like you had to hide who you really are—like parts of you weren’t welcome, too complicated, or just too much—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to keep carrying that alone, either. Maybe you’ve been questioning who you are or where you fit. Maybe you’re exhausted from keeping it all together on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside. Or maybe you’re just ready for a space where you don’t have to explain yourself—where you can be fully seen, heard, and accepted as you. I get it—because I’ve been there, too. As someone who grew up not feeling safe to show up fully, I know the cost of hiding parts of yourself just to get by. That’s why I became a therapist: to create the kind of space I once needed.
In our work together, you’ll never have to prove you belong. We’ll go at your pace. We’ll talk about what actually matters to you—whether it’s identity, relationships, self-worth, sexuality, anxiety, or just trying to feel more like yourself again. I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty into the therapy room. I believe healing happens through real connection—not one-size-fits-all advice. We’ll figure out together what works best for you, and I’ll always meet you with compassion, not judgment. If this sounds like the kind of space you’ve been needing, I’d be honored to connect with you.
I’m currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Sex Therapy at Antioch University, where I’ve been trained in inclusive, sex-positive, and identity-affirming care.
Outside of therapy, I love being near water, exploring nature, and finding joy in books, theater, and creative expression.
