About Rebecca
In my practice, I offer a safe space to explore your fears and identify the factors that are keeping you from living a full life. I specialize in transitions, particularly for women navigating societal pressures, motherhood, partnerships, and menopause. My goal is to help my clients gain self-awareness and resolve issues around identity and relationships to achieve long-term emotional growth.
I entered this field when my boys were teenagers. All those years of helping to guide and support my sons in finding their purpose made me want to help others do the same. I have a background in policy and journalism, working on issues of equality and justice.
I have a master’s degree from Harvard University, where I studied human development and psychology. I am currently a master’s candidate in clinical mental health counseling at Walden University.
When I’m not working, you will likely find me walking in the woods or curled up with a great book, soaking up the beauty of nature and art.
