Stephanie Holman, BA, Clinical Intern, SUDP, approaches therapy with a deep well of compassion and a profound understanding of how our past experiences shape who we are today. Stephanie’s therapeutic philosophy is rooted in encouraging self-discovery and empowerment. She integrates a variety of evidence-based and holistic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered approaches. Her practice is also informed by Compassion Focused, Culturally Sensitive, Somatic Therapy, and Strengths-Based perspectives. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, childhood trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), college and young adult issues, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, shame and self-criticism, trauma, PTSD, and work stress.

Stephanie’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eastern Washington University, and she is currently a candidate for a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at Oregon State University. She is also a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in Washington State. Her foundation for learning has been enriched by experiences in mindfulness, ancestral healing practices, nature, and holistic wellness, which have underscored the importance of interdependence, solidarity, embodiment, and service in her therapeutic work. Stephanie is motivated to work with adults from all backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, genders, and neurological alignments, honoring each person's unique life experience.
