Warmly welcoming clients to a supportive space, Chloe Wright, BS, Clinical Intern, is passionate about guiding individuals through life's diverse challenges. Chloe believes in fostering a foundation of psychological safety and trust, understanding that this is paramount for clients navigating big emotions, significant developmental transitions, or complex family dynamics.
Chloe works with children, teenagers, and adults, integrating a range of therapeutic approaches to help them identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move towards meaningful change. Her practice thoughtfully combines techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a Person-Centered philosophy. She has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients and their families, especially those with autism spectrum disorder, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
Clients working with Chloe can expect a compassionate, structured, and developmentally attuned approach, whether they are building emotional regulation skills, strengthening communication, or seeking a supportive space to better understand themselves. She is skilled in addressing shame and self-criticism, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, and work-related stress, always with an emphasis on psychoeducation and reflective conversations. Chloe is dedicated to helping clients develop resilience and cultivate strategies that foster lasting growth in their lives.
A proud born-and-raised Washingtonian, Chloe brings a deep understanding of the local community to her practice. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Central Washington University and is currently a candidate for her MS in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Phoenix.
