With a joyful spirit and a neurodivergent perspective, Ayca has cultivated a deep appreciation for the human journey, having built homes across five countries. Her two decades in corporate finance and healthcare technology have provided her with firsthand insight into the pressures of high-performance environments and the profound resilience required to navigate them, experiences that deeply inform her compassionate approach to therapy.
Ayca's approach is profoundly humanistic, experiential, and culturally sensitive, rooted in a strong commitment to social justice. She deeply understands the neurodivergent and immigrant experience, resonating with the traveler's spirit in navigating life transitions, cultivating belonging, and embracing mindfulness as a vital tool. Ayca offers a safe haven for individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, gender identity, grief and loss, and life transitions, as well as those exploring polyamory, relationship challenges, shame, self-criticism, and self-esteem. She is also adept at working with kink and alternative lifestyles, ensuring an affirming and inclusive environment for all.

Ayca integrates powerful modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), alongside Mindfulness-Based, Narrative, and Person-Centered approaches. Her clinical focus includes supporting neurodivergent adolescents, families, and couples, particularly those navigating ADHD and anxiety, fostering resilience, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to their authentic selves.

Her academic background, with a Bachelor's in International Relations and Political Science from Bosphorus University and her current pursuit of a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Seattle University, underscores her dedication to comprehensive and informed care.
