By reflecting in a supportive group setting, you realize your "inner critic" and self-doubt are common experiences, reducing the isolation that often keeps us stuck in our own heads.
Sometimes insight isn't enough. Whether you replay conversations for hours afterward, hold yourself to a standard you'd never apply to anyone else, or struggle to name what you're feeling until it's already overwhelmed you — this group offers something different. What if the way you talk to yourself could change?
Build Self-Awareness: Learn to notice your internal dialogue as it happens, creating space between the thought and the belief that it's true.
Practice Emotional Regulation: Use guided mindfulness practices to steady yourself before, during, and after the moments that usually knock your confidence loose.
Recognize Your Patterns: Identify the specific habits — perfectionism, comparison, self-criticism — that quietly shape how you see yourself, and understand what they're actually protecting you from.
Express What Words Can't: Creative reflection activities offer a way to explore your relationship with yourself in ways that go beyond conversation alone.

Our 10-week Mindfulness-Based Processing Group blends guided meditation with open group dialogue and creative between-session practices, creating space to build a more compassionate relationship with yourself:
Guided Mindfulness Practice: Each session opens with a meditation chosen for that week's theme — self-regulation, letting go, body awareness, breathwork, inner strength, self-acceptance, and closure.
Reflection as a Processing Tool: No art experience needed. Each week's creative homework is designed to help you externalize and explore your inner experience between sessions, in a tangible way you can return to.
A Safe, Closed Community: This is a closed group meeting weekly. The same people, the same space, every week — trust and confidentiality are central to how we work, and the group builds its own agreements together in Week 1.
Skills You'll Use Beyond the Group: The practices you build here are designed to travel with you — applicable any time your inner critic gets loud or your confidence gets shaky.
